'The Hub' needs a big Pond and CREEK for flood control and lowered Flood Insurance Rating/insurance
premiums and no more paving/factories. What is wrong with a fenced Baseball field & soccer field and maybe even a tourist-SPACE-Needle over the HUB.... re-develope Columbus park for enterprise zoning , maybe some 'Factory Stores', add a exit ramp on 691,,, etc.
