Is it me or has any one else noticed that the Record Journal only publishes the number of participants in its polls when it looks good - like if 300 people participate? And the rest of the time, which seems to be a regular occurance, the poll results are published without revealing only a few people participated! Let's take this morning's poll question, for example - something to do with police banning signs on telephone polls in Cheshire - so far, seventeen people have voted. I remember one day only two people voted and the result was a 50 - 50 split. Which looks good, that 50% for and 50% against, but it's ridiculous if only two people voted! That poll result I don't think they published but there have been plenty of others they do publish without revealing participant numbers. Seems like an inconsistant policy to me, to say the least.
