We have movie reviews, so how about book reviews?
I'm sure there are many people out there who enjoy reading rather than being read at!
I read an average of about 30-40 books a year and the wonderful thing about books is that during the day, they do not require any electricity.
Talk about going green!

"being read at" - that is hilarious! It makes so much sense though. I think I would rather do the reading myself.

this is a thread I like- since I am reading all the time.

has anyone read "The Room", Freedom" or Kieth Richards' bio?
I'll gather my thoughts on these recent rteads and get back to see if we have a book club or not.

Everybody has different reading tastes.
Mine generally run to the detective type novels as well as some of the more creepy.
I'll run a list of some of my favorite authors and see if anybody out there has read any of their books.
Catherine Coulter (the FBI series)
James Patterson
Dean Koontz
Clive Cussler
Richard North Patterson
Sara Peretsky
Robert B. Parker
Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child (The Pendergast series)
Robert Heinlein (my childhood favorite)

That's just to name a few.
Please continue with your favorite authors and we'll see if we have anything in common.
Perhaps we will find some new favorite authors.
