Hello...
Just a quick question for Wallingford Historians.
There are the remains of a building north of the falls at Spruce Glen.
In my youth I use to " hang out " there from time to time, raiding the
Orchard of apples and peaches and cooking over a wood fire. Ah the
memories !!!
In any case... does anybody know what was that the building was...
and if a manufacturer ... what it produced ? I always thought there
may have been a connection between the stream and the bridge /
building / dam on that property.
It was in ruins when I was young and I wished I'd taken a shovel and
screen to that area. It may have produced some clues ?Oh well...
Any Info on it ?
