WHEN is anyone going to address the lousy parking downtown?? I try to patronize the local businesses downtown, but have to do laps around the block before I can find any parking. The parking lots are a joke--most of the spaces are already given to business employees. In order to entice businesses, the City offers them parking spaces. Check out all the spots posted for Middlesex or DCF. How are places like Friends of the Library, Fischer's, Cafe Dolce, etc going to survive?
