It looks like the Wallingford website has been updated

I am having trouble getting to the site by way of the original URL of http://www.town.wallingford.ct.us/ through my internet connection (I can reach it through VPN to my work network) but I am sure as the changes made to DNS replicate out this will settle out.

I can reach it as well through http://wallingford.ws123.com

It's a great start and the town appears to be fully compliant with House Bill No. 6502.

The site has RSS feeds that can be subscribed to so when new information is posted you can be notified proactively.

All in all I am encouraged at the possibilities; hopefully these opportunities will be embraced.

The Website is nice. Much better than what we had. Layout is very clean, readable and leaves a pleasant impression. But it is clearly one-way communication. Thanks to the State for encouraging the improvements and creating standards. But I was keenly aware that there is no method of electronic communication with the town- not even to webmaster.
