Why so little Gaffey coverage? This is a big and developing story.

Also, what about the Donovan appointment of Amann to a $120,000 "advisor" position?

These guys were heroes to alot of us, now their looking like zeroes.

You're right, the R-J is getting its lunch eaten by the Courant, on 2 powerful local pols. It will be interesting to see the editorial take.

I don't understand it. The R-J is really derelict in their duties covering the Gaffey and Donovan scandals. Why do you think that is?

The Courant has followed the Gaffey and the Donovan/Amann stories well; the RJ seems to have limited its coverage. Both stories are very disappointing and do not reflect well on our local representatives.

Bill, I can't say enough how disappointed I am in these two guys.
Especially, Donovan...that was a surprise. Gaffey, I could see he had been changing for the worse over the last few years, but didn't think he would defraud. I want to see them out of office now.

Yes, Gaffey already had problems which seem to be growing, but I expected far better from Donovan.

Still very little R-J coverage of this scandal. Why?

I will ask this again.... Why so little Gaffey scandal coverage by the R-J?

I must ask this again, why so little Gaffey coverage compared to the Hartford Courant? I have always admired the R-J, but this time you appeared to have not done the stellar job you normally perform. Disappointed in the lack of coverage.

I was questioning that on a post last night.

Now. Lets get into the bizarre tales of Perez.
Then the story about Donavans right hand man O'Rourke and his odd bar story ending in the death of a woman.

We need to get your circulation numbers up.
