I so happy someone besides my dogs can't wait for me to get home. I feel special.

The writing was on the wall for this, no surprise. Depending on who she picked for her VP had she won the nod I probably would have tossed a coin at the voting booth. While I don't agree with all her politics she has actual accomplishments to bring to the office. Bill didn't do a bad job. Actually a lot better then either Bush. We probably would have been better off if the Bushes chased interns.
My problem was and still is with Osama.

The president of the nation's largest general science organization yesterday sharply criticized recent cases of Bush administration political appointees gaining permanent federal jobs with responsibility for making or administering scientific policies, saying the result would be "to leave wreckage behind."

"It's ludicrous to have people who do not have a scientific background, who are not trained and skilled in the ways of science, make decisions that involve resources, that involve facilities in the scientific infrastructure," said James McCarthy, a Harvard University oceanographer who is president of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. "You'd just like to think people have more respect for the institution of government than to leave wreckage behind with these appointments."

Rather than President I think he should have applied for another job, demolition worker, destruction derby worker, anything where you are SUPPOSED to get paid for destruction. Maybe even TERRORIST? I am sorry is that too harsh? Why don't you ask the people in the rest of the world how untrue that statement is. I think you would be shocked to hear what they have to say. What they think of the United States. Only now have we started to earn their respect back by putting a president in office that not only knows what he is doing in the United States but also in the world. Bringing respectability back to the United States, that is something we can be proud of as Americans!
