This a very compelling movie! I'm not sure the writer and reason for the hymn were exactly true but the truth in the movie was true. This is a must see movie for everyone who wants to know what the slave trade and slave ships was like in England and other countries, including the USA. What is ironic is that I was singing Amazing Grace on Wednesday evening at an Ash Wednesday service.
