Marc, I might even join you for a glass- that's a good one. I went with beer last night to compliment the juicy burgers on the grill for my wife and me with our company- joined together to watch the historic count. Not since Clinton have I been so excited about a president. Little george will soon be just a bad memory. The senate is under Democratic control big time. 7 out of 11 governors that were contested are DEms.

It's time for the republicans to change the basic flawed tenants of their party and wake up. little george has ruined them in the eyes of not only the rest of the world- but obviously in the eyes of the people. who have definately spoken

Little george will soon be just a bad memory.

It'll be awhile before Bush 43 is forgotten. He has screwed up this country so bad, that his carnage will be around for years.
You can be sure that the republicans will try to blame everything on Obama now. They're already preparing for 2012.
Hopefully the republicans in congress and Obama can work together over the next 4 years, otherwise it'll be business as usual in our government.

I sat in my chair, with tears streaming down my face, listening to his victory speech!!! I'm filled with hope about our country, and a renewed sense of pride.

The world community breathes a sigh of relief...

and thanks to all who voted to preserve our state constitution for another 20 years.

I'm so glad the WORLD community is feeling better.....meanwhile my local community is choking to death.

It must be choking because of Bush policies. Obama hasn't taken office yet.

That's what you've been told to think. I am no great fan of Bush but you really need to do some research as to how the housing market got in the shape it is in today. There is plenty of blame to go around but most of it falls on those that will still be there when Obama takes office and on the policies that have been in effect for over 10 years. Granted GW did nothing to stop it but just saying it's all Bush's fault is just being ignorant.

The Republicans have only themselves to blame. Statistical Fact: lowest Republican turn out in 3 decades. Guess they weren't that crazy about the McCain/Palin either. Not that I blame them!

Okay blame Bush for everything if it makes you feel better, but nothing will change if the you have the same people holding the purse strings.
