If you can promise he'll be just as effective as the Democrats in Congress.

I think he'll be as effective. The other Democrats will teach him. Remember the others have years and terms of "experience" in screwing this country and bringing it closer to socialism or communism then any foriegn country ever did.

sure- rail against Obama- but McCaged's remarks on the banking crisis show that he's just like little george once again- we are doomed if this damaged man gets in.

If the Democrats get a veto proof majority, and came over come Republican obstructionism, they will be very effective, much more so that the "do nothing" Republican congress was.

See the financial news yesterday? 8 years of Republican deregulation is paying off.

And its not good.

Obama will be just as effective if not more effective. Please don't vote for McCain. McCain will continue the war and he'll give tax breaks to the rich.

Hello...

Which War.... there are two, and Iraq is coming to a close thank's to
McCain and the SURGE. More teenagers die each week in Ct due to
drugs...speeding and liquor than die in Iraq.

So...

We have just had EIGHT years of rule under a clueless moron... now you
want more cluless in the White house...lol Learn as he goes...lol. Just like
Bush learned from Cheney...lol

I would vote Nader before Obama.

BUT...as I said in another thread CONNECTICUT VOTES DEMOCRATIC...
so it makes NO difference who I vote for. Your guys WINS.. unless the
wealthy in this state don't want more of their taxes going to those who
do NOT work... and decide to swing their vote.

That's a great idea Bill, Stay home on November 4, and clean your sheets.

We don't want another "clueless" republican "moron" in the white house, that's why we are voting democratic.

(and no, I am not implying all Republicans are clueless morons, I am only commenting on John McCain's behavior in this specific presidential campaign. Republicans had a chance to pick Romney, one of the most competent when it comes to the economy, and they picked the old guy who forgets stuff, the Washington insider.)

Just as effective as the least effective congress with the lowest approval rating in the history of the US is what you're hoping for?
