Some people are angry because Obama didn't choose Hillary to be his Vice President.
It is something that some people may resent.
But there's something that you should remember.
Hillary still wants Obama to win this November.
Hillary is out there helping Obama to campaign.
She wants you to vote for him instead of McCain.
We should honor her wish because it's the right thing to do.
Hillary wants Obama to win and I hope that you do too.

I wish Sarah was running against Hillary. That would be something to see when Hillary lost she couldn't blame the old boy network, or race or anything.
P.S. I wasn't going to vote for Hillary so why should I honor her wish. I might not like where the Bush Cheney administration has put us, however the Republicans are smart and they won't let McCain do the same providing he doesn't vapor lock in the next 4 years and if he does at least we'll have Sarah which means America still has a chance. A vote for Obama is a vote for a welfare country where the rich get richer and the middle class has to give up half their pay to the poor so they have a good lifestyle without working for it.

Hello...
So...Hillary wants Obama to win....
and Lieberman wants McCain to win.
Following the wisdom of the majority of my fellow Connecticut voters
who put " our Senator Joe " in office.....
What's good for Joe...is good for me.
**Would anybody REALLY vote for somebody just because somebody
say's that they should.... (Other than Oprah fans ...wink wink )... lol

Welfare reform has helped with welfare fraud, becuase I think you can only be on welfare for a certain time, and then you would have to get a job. Corprate leaders get 400 more times the average pay than the average worker, where in japan ceo's get 200 times more than the average worker. I don't know why anyone would want to be on welfare, you don't get much money on welfare and you would be poor. Who wants to be poor? If Sarah Paulin's husband left her; she would have 5 kids one with downs syndrome. Would she be on welfare and food stamps (especialy with a special needs child)? I think Sarah is real lucky she has a husband who seems to be hard working. Not all women are that lucky.

For you, a person who's seen the other side of the coin, you can say "who would want to be on welfare" but consider that we have families who for generations that's all they've known. All they've known is the welfare system, to them that's the status quo. For me that's my issue with social services, personally I don't have an issue with helping people but when it becomes an entitlement that's when I have an issue.
When I lived in San Antonio there was a news story about a government housing project that was going to be torn down. One interview peaked my interrest, they were interviewing a you lady who was in tears that her house was being torn down. She was upset because, as she put it, "they're tearing down my house that my mother and I grew up living in", she said this as she was holding her first child. I thought to myself, at what point does someone finally open their eyes and realize that the system is broken and throwing more money at it isn't going to fix it.

From a personal point of view, there was a time I couldn't work a 40hr work week. Which really sucked becuase that would mean I would become homeless. I was and still am a single man and could not get on welfare. I really had to work hard to get help. Now I am on medication and can handle the work. The health care in this country is better than a lot countries but could use some help. I had to use a lot of initiative to get the medication or I would become homeless period. I don't know why people are on welfare, it could be mental, physical, lack of child care, or maybe ,your right there just used to it. If I had an answer for poverty....
