Can someone please explain whats taking sooooooooooo long for an update from MASA???? There have been many games played since last update and it would be nice to see what division are in playoffs....:confused:

I/We/ The team(s) are looking for an update as of last update, which was 6/19/08...I can speak for our TEAM and say we are pretty much done with our season and would like to know if we made it into the playoffs/playdown...we can ask the other teams in our division but we get different replies. We initially thought this website would have been updated with the standings atleast every other week or so. I would also say that many other teams (doesn't matter what division) check the website periodically....;)

There are updated standings in today's paper, through 7/10. I do echo your sentiments that it would be helpful this time of year if the standings were updated on a daily basis, but we do have to remember that the Board is volunteer and there's only so much time that they have to devote to these things. Using this forum would seem to be the simplest place to do it though, and perhaps someone could volunteer to help out with this for next season.

With the number of rainouts and number of teams not getting scores turned in on time, it has been a difficult year to track standings. However, the board will push to have the standings out.
One thing though, back when I played baseball and softball (that was b4 electricity) we knew exactly where we stood, tracking game ourselves.

Wow Mboard...doesn't seem as though ur a happy camper...first and foremost, I was asking a general question, not complaining or whining. The number of rainouts (mother nature, of course not ur doing)...teams not getting scores in on time (teams problem, not mines or yours). One thing though MBoard, last I knew electricity was invented in the 1700's, WOW, this says alot about all ur "SMART AZZ CRABBY REMARKS". Let's get it together, this is the "ERA of TECHNOLOGY"....duh-duh, how the hell did u type a reply, of course, modern technolgy...not ur era of B4 electricity...By way, as a team we KNOW and kept track of OUR OWN record, last I knew as a team playing on MASA, I/we wasn't responsible for every other teams/division record. It was a general question, I guess got a response from a person that played BACK in the DAYS...It's obvious that times have change and u CLEARLY didn't understand my question, read it again, again and again maybe you'll have proper response....:p

Thanks 4 the postcard with our team make-up dates, in all honesty, it was greatly appreciated (for future references, I'll make a note to look in the sky for a smoke signal for our next make-up date :D )

In the 5 yrs. playing for MASA, never have we requested or cried about needing a day off. Our team has played for fun and sportsmanship. Maybe you might want to join Roden's Lanscaping on their annual GOLF trip...:rolleyes:
