What kind of Gov't allows rouge Credit Co.'s and Internet suppliers put [really] fine print in a 'CONTRACT' so that they can just Suck-You-Dry'!
cases in point- United Online, Inc had 'dipped' into my checking acc't for a subscription renewal WITHOUT! prior MAIL notice or even a working eMail notice , but when I called for C/S, before I got a real [East-Indian] person, the Call center had my new tel no./Email addresses from 1999 for 'Netzero' and credit card no.[s], yet NO resolve or correspondence. [just lost $39.00 to Classmates.com for Jan'07-Dec'07]. AND J.P.Morgan Chase [VISA] gave away $27,000 in some transaction [ over 6 billing cycles- good fine print] to God knows Who, What Where,How , Why. No answers, just LIQUIDATE and pay CHASE off. It actually get's better with CHASE, but , that's another chapter / long story / but not such a lose as really just a test of the poor CONSUMER protection with these Robber-Barons of the 21-st Century. Buyer Beware !
