Something for everyone. Flea Market, Bake Sale, Can and Bottle Collection and Pennies for Paddles. On Saturday June 21, there will be bargins galore. Numerous items have been donated to this effort to raise funds for the building renovations to the QRWA Headquarters on Oregon Rd. Meriden. Browse for a bargin, drop off your returnables, have a homemade goodie or add your pennies worth to our penny bucket. Pennies will be turned into useable funds to purchase paddles for our paddling program. Located in shaded area on the shores of Hanover Pond 540 Oregon Rd. across from Red Bridge 8 am to 2 pm. [Meriden Land Trust]

Don't forget the Meriden Land Trust fund raiser tonight at Westbrook Lobster in Yalesville. All you have to do is let your server know you are there for the fundraiser and 15% of your bill will be donated to the Meriden Land Trust (meridenlandtrust.com). It is too hot to cook tonight anyway, so come on down!

Thanks to generous donors, there are plenty of good items to choose from and at very reasonable prices. Electric snow blower, reel push mower, dish sets, and games to mention just a few. So stop by on Sat. June 21. Funds will benefit QRWA building renovations.
