I would like to know why R.J. doesn't published more about the crime in Meriden,I believe theirs a lot of your viewers that are interested in what happens here, maybe R.J. can have a breaking news section on your website dedicated to informing the public. Thank You

Why focus on the negative. Read the police blotter for crime news.

Why read after the fact, Meriden should take a proactive approach to combat our high crime rate? But that will never happen as long as the media won’t report what’s really going on here!

after the MEDIA blitz of the Hit-n-run and the Chief-Of-Police saying no one cares...
One week later, as I walked my Chiquaqua up RT 5, told Trashy Kids to ''stop walking in the Hi-Way Traffic'' [horns were blaring].... They wanted a piece of me [ or my 15# dawg] and then two neighbors [ I've never met , nor know] checked on us] were also involved and the called the police 5 mins. before all was done and said.
We need to educate,Employ,Nursher these JD's before all Hell brakes loose.
btw: This happens [ Hartford Crime-caught on-camera] All Over and is not really a bad reflection on Connecticut , but the society of the 21 st century !

Right because the Meriden police force can't fight crime if the RJ doesn't report it.

The police don’t need the media to fight crime, but it does need the public's help and how is the public going to know what’s going on, if the media doesn’t inform us?

because the city is fixing the hub at our expense- and all the crime will be right there.
