Brett Favre retires!

Just caught the news on AOL that football great Brett Farvre is retiring. I really admired Brett Favre's hard work, dedication and lack of egotism this past football season. Perhaps because I'm middleaged, but I really rooted for him!

I rooted for him too, even though Im a Cowboys fan! He just seemed to have such a great personality and a true love of the game. Plus, he was quite good-looking! Im sad that he's leaving!

Brett is what all other athletes should aspire to be. He has always been a class act, both on and off the field. He deserves all the best.

IMHO... Farve wasn't pushed out, he's tired. When the game is no longer
fun, it's time move on. I hope FOX news picks him up and drops Bradshaw
from their coverage.
