The end of the world is coming
cease to turn and run
instigator of Armageddon
and inventor of the gun
A war is brewing in the heavens
God is at shame
instigator of Armageddon
and inventor of the cane
There are changes in the tides
planetary tomb
instigator of Armageddon
and inventor of the bomb
Peace is shattered remorselessly
destructive desire
instigator of Armageddon
and inventor of barbed wire
Proud of your creation?
Insatiable mind
instigator of Armageddon
and inventor of human kind.

What is the difference--Man is always tryng to be God, or rather out-do God,
instead of worship Him. Hence the First Commandment, "Thou shall love the Lord God with all thy heart, mind and soul..."explains this also along with the "thou shall not worship false Gods or idols ..."
Bottom line Man due to free will has made his own hell--and chooses to kill and create atomic weapons; God is always there to bail man out no matter how grave or twisted the soul of man, God is always forgiving.
God is a personal God---he gave us His only begotten Son who suffered and carried the sin of the world to save mankind itself.

With this one, my feelings were that Man has created God-like devices. I thought of it from the perspective of an outsider pondering God's role in the development of such devices, and eventually coming to the conclusion that God has played a vital role in all things simply by creation human kind. It could be seen as a finger pointing poem, but that wasn't really my intentions.
ps - thanks for the comment by the way, i enjoyed your take on it!

Good poem; makes one question. My take is that "Life is good" then drop one "o" so "Life is G_od". If life continues to evolve then so does God. Maybe life will evolve beyond war and WMDs. Let's hope.
Keep up the thought provoking work. thanks.
