Hey, I enjoy reading the discussions. Now I know more about wine, local stuff and when I can finish reading some of the extra-long contributions--well, lots of different views that I don't always agree with but have fun reading. Lots of smart people out here. Thanks!

Glad you enjoy them. Everything seems to be civilized so far. Everyone is expressing their differing viewpoints in a polite discussion format.

There ARE a lot of good postings here... In VENT... In CHIT CHAT... In POETRY... et all...
Winter is coming (tell THAT to Mother Nature! it was 70 degrees here today Nov.1) And this is a nice place to pass it away. (Unless of course you LIKE to strap 1 or 2 sticks on your feet and go screaming down a hill at 90 mph) I have an IM friend on now and we are chatting in Real Time... But I have come to enjoy posting things and seeing what response they get... Most have been informative, interesting and just a nice way to Communicate with people. SO if you are reading this for the first time or the tenth... Get Involved! Respond! Post your opinion... we are all friends here...:)
