Hello....

Am I alone in thinking that " running up the score " ala Patriots shows
a total lack of class ?

Would Tony Dungy do that ?

It reminded me of the classless behavior of the Cowboys of old and the
more recent disregard for the game played out weekly.

I understand that the NFL has become a total bore... but there's a serious
lack of talent as compared to past seasons.

In any case.... watching Patriot players " high five " during the rout was
enough to make me turn off the game. Guess this sport is going down as
fast as Marie Osmond...lol

PS.... I DO hope to live long enough to see a team do to Belichick what
he did to Coach Gibbs. IMHO.... disgusting. But then again... I've turned
off UCONN Womans Basketball games for the same reason....and LOVE
it when the unexpected opponent runs up the score on Gino and we see
the close up shots of Husky woman crying. They LOVE to dish it out...but
hate to take it. Too bad it's almost always the UCONN woman doing the
overkill every week up to the playoffs.

I agree I hate a run up on the score when the game is in the bag. However I fault no one for trying their best. If you have a team winning by enough, pull the starters and put in the backups. NE as well as UCONN do this for the most part. There is no reason to keep your first team in the game if the game is in the bag.
